Refund policy

We hope you love your Amaani piece — but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. As long as your item is in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You have two options:

  • Refund to original payment: Return shipping is a flat fee of $15 (NZ only), which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Free return shipping: Choose a store credit or exchange and we’ll cover the return shipping for you.

To start a return, you can contact us at  📧 amaanithelabel@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return arrives, please allow 2–5 business days for our team to process it with care.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re happy to offer exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, as long as your item is in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

Please note because our pieces are limited and never restocked, exchanges are subject to availability.

Please note:

  • We do not hold stock for exchanges, so your preferred size may sell out.
  • All exchange orders are sent with standard shipping once your return is approved.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards :(
